Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 3 days of your first subscription purchase. This 3-day window is measured from the date of your original purchase and applies only once per account.

Disqualifying Actions

To prevent abuse, refunds are not available if any of the following have occurred on your account:

  • You have added any emergency contact
  • You have used the panic button
  • Any alert has been triggered (timer expired or daily missed)

No Pro-Rated Refunds

We do not offer pro-rated or partial refunds. If you cancel your subscription after the 3-day refund window, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period but will not receive a refund for the remaining time.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible window, please contact us with the email address associated with your RUOK account. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
