Description of Service

RUOK is a safety check-in application that allows you to set timers and designate emergency contacts. If you do not check in before a timer expires, your emergency contacts receive an SMS alert.

User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to use RUOK
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must have consent from individuals before adding them as emergency contacts
• You agree not to misuse the service or send false alerts
• You are responsible for providing accurate contact information

Disclaimer of Warranty

RUOK is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• SMS alerts will be delivered to all recipients
• Your emergency contacts will receive or act on alerts
• The service will prevent any harm or emergency

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RUOK and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

This service is not a substitute for professional emergency services. In a life-threatening emergency, call 911.

Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
